Play Baccarat at BP99 – A Real Casino Experience Without Leaving Home
There is something truly different about playing baccarat live compared to playing against a computer. Watching the dealer draw cards from the shoe, hearing the crisp sound of cards hitting the felt, and seeing the numbers appear on screen in real time — that feeling simply cannot be replicated. That is what bp99 aims to bring to every Malaysian player who loves baccarat.
Baccarat has long been a favourite among Asian casino players, and Malaysia is no exception. From the tables at Genting Highlands to online platforms, baccarat remains relevant because it is easy to understand, fast-paced, and offers fairly reasonable winning odds. At bp99, we take this experience to the next level with HD live streaming technology that lets you interact with the dealer in real time.
Types of Baccarat Available at BP99
Not all baccarat tables are the same. BP99 offers a wide range of baccarat variants to cater to different player preferences:
-
Classic Baccarat
This is the standard version and the most widely played. Bet on Banker, Player, or Tie, and the dealer deals two cards to each side. Simple, fast, and suitable for both new and experienced players. -
Speed Baccarat
For players who love a fast pace, Speed Baccarat cuts each round down to approximately 27 seconds. The dealer deals all cards face-up from the start, with no additional waiting time. Ideal for those who want to fit in more rounds in less time. -
Squeeze Baccarat
This is the most dramatic and thrilling variant of them all. The dealer slowly "squeezes" the cards open while the camera zooms in, building suspense before the values are revealed. Many baccarat players agree that Squeeze Baccarat comes closest to replicating the atmosphere of a real casino. -
No Commission Baccarat
In standard baccarat, a 5% commission is charged on Banker wins. This variant eliminates that commission entirely — making it a popular choice among players who consistently wager large amounts on Banker.
How to Play Baccarat – A Quick Guide for New Players
If you are new and baccarat looks intimidating, do not worry. The truth is, baccarat is one of the easiest casino games to learn. Here are the basics:
In each round, the dealer distributes two sets of cards — one for "Banker" and one for "Player". Card values are counted as follows: numbered cards (2–9) are worth their face value, Aces are worth 1, and face cards (10, J, Q, K) are worth 0. If the total of two cards exceeds 9, only the last digit counts. For example: 7 + 8 = 15, so the value is 5.
The goal of the game is to predict which side — Banker or Player — will have a hand value closest to 9. You can also bet on a Tie if you believe both sides will finish with the same value.
| Betting | Payout | House Edge |
|---|---|---|
| Banker | 0.95:1 (minus 5% commission) | 1.06% |
| Player | 1:1 | 1.24% |
| Tie | 8:1 | 14.36% |
| Banker Pair | 11:1 | 10.36% |
| Player Pair | 11:1 | 10.36% |
From the table above, you can see that the Banker bet carries the lowest house edge at 1.06%. Many experienced players consistently bet on the Banker for this reason, even with the 5% commission applied. This is a long-established mathematical fact within the baccarat community.
Baccarat Strategies Commonly Used by BP99 Players
While baccarat is largely a game of chance, there are a few approaches that can help you manage your bets more wisely on the bp99:
Follow the Road
Many Malaysian players like to follow Banker or Player streaks based on previous round results displayed on the "Bead Road" or "Big Road" scoreboards. While each round is statistically independent, tracking trends can help you stay focused and organised.
Set Your Win and Loss Limits
Before you start, decide how much you are willing to lose and how much you are aiming to win. Once either limit is reached, stop. This discipline is the key to enjoying the game sustainably over the long run.
Avoid Betting on Tie Too Frequently
The 8:1 payout on Tie is tempting, but a house edge of nearly 14.4% makes it a poor long-term bet. Use it occasionally, not as your primary strategy.
Use Speed Tables for More Rounds
If you rely on a consistent strategy and want more data in less time, Speed Baccarat at bp99 is a great choice. More rounds mean more opportunities for your strategy to pay off.
